Accept your invite

Three clicks deep, and none of them where you would look.

Before you start

You need an invitation waiting for you. If you haven't requested to join yet, fill in the join form first and give us a day to send it across.

Sign in to iRacing using the same account you gave on that form — the invite is attached to your iRacing ID, so a second account won't see it.

The three steps

    Open the Leagues page

    Launch the iRacing UI and look down the left-hand sidebar. Under the Multiplayer heading you'll find Leagues. Click it.

    Careful not to grab Hosted or Official just below it — those are one-off races, not leagues.

    Switch to My Leagues

    The Leagues page opens on Up Next, which shows nothing useful until you're already a member. Click the My Leagues tab instead.

    Half Fast Racing should be sitting there. Click that row to open the league window.

    Respond, then accept

    The league window opens on the roster. Down in the bottom-right corner, click Respond to Invitation — a short menu pops up above it.

    Choose Accept Invitation. That's the one that matters; the other two options quietly turn the invite down.

    Step 031 Respond to Invitation, then 2 Accept Invitation. Not Decline or Ignore — both of those turn the invite down.

That's it. You're on the grid.

Your name now appears on the roster, and Half Fast Racing will start showing up under Up Next when a session is scheduled.

If something looks different
My Leagues is empty — there's no invite

Most often the invite simply hasn't gone out yet. They're sent by hand, so give it a day after you submit the join form.

Otherwise, check you're signed in to the same iRacing account you named on the form. The invitation is tied to that iRacing ID, and a second account won't see anything.

You can also find us directly: Leagues → Find a League, then search for league 10925 or "Half Fast Racing", and request to join from there.

I don't see a "Respond to Invitation" button

Check the Roster tab for your own name first — if it's there, you're already a member and there's nothing left to accept.

If you reached the league through Find a League rather than an invitation, the button will offer to request membership instead. That works too; it just needs approving at our end.

I clicked Accept and nothing seemed to happen

Close the league window and reopen it from My Leagues. The roster count at the top should have gone up by one, with your name in the list.

If it hasn't, tell us in Discord and we'll check from the admin side before you try again.

These shots are from the iRacing UI as it looks in the 2026 Season 3 build. iRacing redesigns things fairly often, so buttons may have shifted a little — the path is still Leagues, then My Leagues, then respond to the invitation.
